Pouneh Saatnia is a British–Iranian lawyer with over 22 years of professional experience in Iran, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates. She is registered as a Foreign Lawyer with the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales (SRA) and is a First-Grade Attorney-at-Law admitted to the Iranian Central Bar Association.

Since 2016, she has acted as a Legal Expert Witness before UK courts, preparing expert reports and giving testimony on matters of Iranian law. Her expertise includes immigration, family law, human rights, civil and criminal matters, and cross-border commercial disputes.

She currently practises with Azza Ebrahim Hasan Al Mulla Advocates & Legal Consultants LLC, a UAE federal law firm headquartered in Abu Dhabi and authorised to appear before courts throughout the Emirates, including Dubai.
